Condotel (Condominium Hotel)
It is a “WORRY-FREE” investment because the hotel operator manages the
- leasing of the hotel rooms/ units;
- maintenance, refurbishment and improvement of the units;
- operating expenses, real property taxes, association dues, common area charges, utilities,
insurance and other related expenses.
How it Works*:
The investor has to choose the unit type, payment option, and payment term that would suit his budget,
and complete the document requirements.
The lease shall be for a period of 15 years, the unit shall then be included in a pool of condominium hotel
units to be made available to paying guests for use as hotel rooms.
The unit owner earn from Net Room Revenue (percentage share)*, whether the unit was rented or not.
The unit owner may occupy for personal use, a hotel room for 30 room nights* per operating year.
